From July 2011 through present:

• Helping software company with about 900 employees around the world think through options for an Human Relations Information System (HRIS).   Also helping optimize their Excel sheets which manage the current system.  Likely to move forward with a plan to build a high-fidelity prototype in Access and Excel as a bridge towards a long-term system.  (Tom/Cristel/Haryanto/Daniel)
• Working with non-profit organization to implement a business intelligence system for one of their two main functional areas.  This system will allow them to understand profitability (sustainability) for each customer. (Cristel/Palak/Tom)
• Analyzing interest rate hedging options for large client.  Also analyzing expected future leverage ratio given various capital expenditure outcomes.  (Tom)
• Guided construction and real estate development efforts for large client that builds about four new facilities each year in locations around the country.  Development is based upon consumer demand and economics of locating facilities in each particular location. (Tom)
• Helping k-8 school that is implementing a hybrid-learning model to better understand financial results and opportunities for leverage. (Tom / Palak)
• Transferring ownership and management to client of a safety tracking database solution that Webster Pacific developed earlier in the year. (Haryanto/Daniel)
• Completed merger of client engaged in development of healthy food ingredients with Swiss company that is a leader in synthetic biology systems .  Webster continues to provide services to the merged entity.  (Susan)
• Established entity to act as a Stockholder Representative and currently executing all duties of a Stockholder Rep, primarily sales of stock and management of earn-out provisions.  (Susan)
• Organized and led team in the application, to a division of the US Treasury, for an allocation of New Market Tax Credits related to real estate investments in qualified areas.  (Tom)
• Statewide comparative financial analysis of K8 schools, including normalization between union and non-union compensation. (Susan / Cristel)
• Spoke at the annual Salesforce user conference in San Francisco to a non profit audience about ways in which real time information about alumni is a powerful tool for program improvement and fundraising.  (Cristel)

From January to June 2011:

• Negotiated with State auditing agency to establish a new approach on providing fiscal oversight of client’s operations in that state.  (Susan)
• Vendor selection and management of study by international real estate advisory company on client leasing practices.  (Susan)
• Prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) and participate in search and selection of audit firms and national legal counsel for multi-state education service provider.  (Susan)
• Negotiated new contract with janitorial and maintenance service providers for multi-state client.  (Tom)
• Created fiber flow supply chain model (high fidelity Excel prototype) for forest products company.  (Haryanto)
• Created database for tracking safety observations for 500+ person manufacturing company.  (Daniel / Haryanto)
• Developed and managed addressable market model (high fidelity Excel prototype) for client considering investments in various locations around the US.  (Haryanto / Tom)

Prior to 2011:

• Developed enrollment systems and alogorithms that increased capacity utilization by over 1.0% for large educational client.  (Tom/Susan)
• Analyzed causes of attrition and developed strategies for student retention for large eduational client.   (Tom / Susan)
• Acted as CFO internet video production company.  (Susan)
• Based upon analysis of a segment of forest products industry, helped develop the case and strategy for making acquisitions in that segment.  (Tom)
